Progress slower now an hour in the morning and the weekend.     Gave floor another coat of paint .    Fitted brake pipes and hoses on rear axle.   Stripped more bits of engine and cleaned and painted . Engine given another coat of paint.   Ordered some new bolts for exhausts  and  new rocker covers .

Going too make some phone calls Monday to arrange purchase of BOB  bottom end.     Spending my overtime . Smiley     Then save up for BOA engine and bits.  Grin

Work and damn weather has held up rebuild.  But been cleaning and painting and repairing bits at home.

Exhaust modified as was well over decibel level.

Need too weld clamp setup on passenger side resonator as well .

Replaced 3 of the doors with doors from Y reg Sierra.  Now original drivers door wont line up with others so having to repair  Y reg door .

 With these.

Had starter check over .  Then repainted.

Haven't decided on wheels yet so tried these which were fitted to my next project.

Finally got my next project into lock up so start drying it out.  Well it is a Sierra. Grin

Looks good m8

4i owner had a lot of work done to it before he parked it up .   Lifted carpet up to see extent of rust on inner sills and floor . Passenger side not to bad . Drivers side wished i hadn't looked .  Looks like I'll be visiting Hadrians quite frequently.   Last owner wants first refusal when its finished .  He's got plenty of time to save up as you can see from my 4be i don't rush things. laugh laugh

Still working on this and is nearly finished . Embarrassed    Weather and work has held it up and not having a garage to work on it.        Finally got BOA engine and wiring harness and a few other items (thanks Paul) .

Mate is lending me engine stand so I can check it over .

Don't intend to fit till next year going to build test frame to run it before fitting. Cool

Have too sort out  wiring harness first. Sad

Thanks .  Have already got loads of paracetamol in. laugh      Money and time has been holding me up and the weather. Cry    Like to do most of the work myself.   Haven't got mega money for someone else to build it .    At least if it goes wrong I will have only myself to blame. Roll Eyes

Have no intention of giving up.  Have plans for next year .   Will have to rent space in a unit or rent small unit. I'm starting to get impatient.
