Hi Guy's I was involved in a head on crash 4 weeks ago on the Dadford road near Silverstone circuit went a slight bend as I reached the apex a Mercedes SL350 V8 was on my side of the road and smashed straight into the front of my works van. Here are a few pic's







I suffered badly bruised ribs,right hip and a slight puncher to the right lung. He had to be cut out of his car and suffered a shattered knee and swelling of the brain. He had to be air lifted to The John Radcliff hospital Oxford I am now recovering well and should be fit again soon Cheers Vic

And this is where it happened



this is where the van ended up on the grass



there are no skid marks on the road or the grass just this patch of oil



this is where his car ended up



and the yellow spots on the road is where police beleave is the path my van took

Interesting pics .  You  just  wouldn't  expect  a  oncoming vehicle on the  'wrong' side on a  sweeping bend like  that !

The van crumpled well !   Didn't  leave much room for  your  feet though .

U   were very lucky  not  to  recieve  worse  injuries .  Hope  that  you'll   get  some  'compo'  for some  'whiplash'  too .

That'll   be  one  to  tell  grandkidz   about !
