Harold Wood car show - YNO gets trophy!

Myself and Owain checked out this local show last weekend. It was a last minute thing.

Turns out it was one of the best organised shows I have ever been to, and this was their first attempt! So next year we must try to get a few PBF guys there, even though it is on a Sat.

Somehow my XR3 won 'Best Sports Car' and got a trophy. I asked him how he judged it, and he said based on the amount of TLC he could see lavished onto a car. So it beat a Ferrari, TVRs, a Lotus and all sorts!

Funny thing is some people didn't even clean their car, and it turned up covered in drying marks left after the rain   Guess they were too busy with their girlfriend the night before...

If i'd have washed and polished mine you'd have had some competition strange you got such a shine on the car considering you were clearing the rain water off it with your brown stripe shower towel

LOL, yeah my leather was too dirty - just smudging the dirt around. So if I stink more than usual at the next car show you'll know why - I've used my towel on the car
