Little Havens Children's Hospice holds a track day at Fords iconic Dunton factory to raise money for kids. People can pay £20 and have a couple of laps as a passenger in a super car. Lots of other things to do too. Here is the link (and the video on it is something I shot last year):

They are happy for any of us to take our cars along and display, and other Ford car clubs will be there. We can only display, not drive our cars around the track at this point in time, although I am asking for some track time at the very end for us classics, but insurance means probably not at this event.

For me it is my 50th birthday weekend, so I will be away and not getting there until about 3pm I reckon. But I will probably go if I can.

Posted up in case any of you are interested.

I did ask but insurance difficulties means we cannot race our cars around the track this year.

I am away that weekend at Portsmouth for my birthday. I was going to travel back early to race the circuit at the end of the day but now I won't be rushing back for it.

So If any of you go I won't be there this year. But it is quite a good day if you are local to Dunton.
